Your reading stays on your device. DejaRead has no server.

We don't collect your browsing or your reading. The extension indexes pages you visit, computes embeddings locally, and stores everything in your browser.

What can leave your device:

• The first time you install, the embedding model is downloaded from Hugging Face. They get a standard HTTP request — your IP and user-agent — and nothing else.
• If you buy a lifetime license, the key is checked once at Polar. No re-validation, no pings.
• When you click "Ask", DejaRead copies a prompt to your clipboard. You paste it where you want. We never make the call.

This site (dejaread.com): static HTML on Cloudflare Pages. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs (IP, user-agent, URL) per their policy; we don't access them.
